Collier's Calendar of Events


	HELP WANTED: \Passion and knowledge of wine needed. Must be able work at least two nights a week - one a weekend night. Some day time hours as well but that would be on an "as needed" basis. Looking for an organized, self-starting type person that is good with people as customer service is important. .Shop is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. six days a week--closed on Sunday. Must be able to lift cases.

	***May 18 --------Bubbly in the Garden - The first of the summer series with Montrachet. $25 per person.
	May 20------------Wines for the BBQ - be it fish, fowl or beef.
	June 2 -------------GAZELA - the tall ship of Philadelphia. Wine walkabout - taste wines from around \|the world on the sweeping decks of this historic tall ship. $25 per person. Ship tours will be available. A wonderful way to spend a Spring evening 6:30 - 8:30 at Penns Landing. Reserve thru Collier's of Centreville 302 656-3542. Reservations must be made in advance.
	***June 10---------New World Wines in the garden of Montrachet. $25 per person
	***June 30---------Old World Wines in the garden of Montrachet. $25 per person.
	***July 13----------Rose's from around the World in the garden of Montrachet. $25 per person.
	***August 5--------Anything but Chardonnay in the garden of Montrachet. $25 per person
	***September 13 ---Welcome the Fall with Wine and Cheese in the garden of Montrachet. $25 per person

	All events, unless otherwise stated, are $20 per person and run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. A credit card is required to reserve space --- 24 hour cancellation policy for refunds. Please refrain from wearing scents.
